Yes, I get it. We need to spend money to make money. Running a successful business has so many moving parts and in order for the business to survive each part need to be a “well oiled machine”.

EVERYTHING from the branding, the video editors, the sales team and even the coffee you serve in your office and the music you chose for your callers to hear while they’re on hold.

Everything Matters!!

I’ve learned — the hard way that it’s more expensive to be cheap. Making a great initial impression is so important and saving a couple bucks will (in most cases) end up costing you a lot more in the long run.

While every aspect of your business is important, the sales department is the lifeblood of your business. No matter what the industry is:

“Not having a proper sales strategy is equivalent to a fish out of water”
